Moving is hard work

I've moved around so much during my first 7 years here that I'm a pro at looking for rental places. I keep upgrading myself and never stay in one place for more than a year. There was this one time that I stayed for 6 months and moved out, purely because I wanted a change, but ended up not the next suburb away, but just accross the road... Sad, sad so very sad.

So this time around, I'm moving again. Away from the city, to a place close to the beach, close to old houses and historical area that reminds me of Greenwich in NY. It's not as nice as the big apple, but hey, beggers can't be choosers hey?!

Randwick - beautiful area, close to Coogee beach and the famous Bondi. This Eastern side is just gorgeous and buzzing with tourist! I guess I can blend in a bit and start taking the bus. Living in a shoe box may not be fun, but it comes with Foxtel, it can't be that bad right?!

Bread anyone?

Glebe market. This bread is so yummy I just couldn't resist eating it all in one go! According to the lady this used to be a royal Hungarian bread but now it's pretty much a norm. How do they make it?

Like this. It comes in different flavours too! Chocolate, Coconut, Vanilla and Cinnamon. It is delicious when it's fresh our of the oven! *Sssllluurrrpppp*

Up up and away!

I had a blast! It's amazing as i did not know where i was going. All i was told is i'll get picked up at 4am and to bring warm clothes and camera. When i arrived there, a lady told me she was nervous, and i responded with "me too" - but for a different reason, because i really had no clue what was ahead of me.
As soon as i signed the concent paper and was brought to the truck, i saw the big basket and went... NO WAY!!!
It was probably the best experience so far. Something that i've wanted to do but just could not do it for fear of height - free drop with no safety net whatsoever.
Well, since I've done it now, i guess my next quest is sky diving!
ps: bungee jumping was scary but at least you know you have a safety net string attached to you and someone to catch you...
